Marriott International’s Global Reservation Sales and Customer Care Centre, located at
North Valley Business Centre, Old Mallow Road, Cork seeks Reservations Sales Agents
to join their team. Duties include:
• Processing all incoming phone calls from customers and managing all requests,
changes, and cancellations.
• Interacting with a diverse customer base.
• Answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
• Utilising sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Inputting and accessing data in reservation system.
